OUR BATHROOM RENO!!!!!
The bathroom renovation was done by Daniel Beaulieu of Beaux- Lieux, Inc. and moi, Happy Giles!!
We attempted to utilize as many different products as possible to showcase what can be done at an affordable price!

PRODUCTS WE USED!!!
1x6x6’ Pine, painted with Boomerang “Sand” in a velvet (eggshell) finish, ragged off, then covered with a latex semi-gloss varathane. This allows you to see the beauty of the wood without battling “bleeding knots”; any color can give you this look!
The darker brown paint on the upper wall and door is our Boomerang “Shore” in a velvet (eggshell) finish, the door has an additional coat of latex semi-gloss varathane for protection and more durability.
Above, 4 ¾” crown on the ceiling, with “easy accent corners” (if you have ever attempted crown inside corners, these are from “heaven”!). The paint is our contractor ceiling latex flat.
The 6 panel colonial door was custom sized to fit the existing jamb. It is finished with 3 1/4” colonial casing sitting on a base block, then capped with our Boston header. The baseboard is our 6 ½” Milford base trimmed down a bit! All trim is covered with our contractor’s semi-gloss latex, again for durability!
The vanity was reclaimed from a flooded basement. The taps are one of our Taymor lines. The toilet is a new line we are offering, Pro-Flo-6L and it works very well, no doubt you already know!!!!
The brushed pewter handles on the access panel and “dragon fly” coat hooks can be found up front of the store. The flooring is one of our many styles in peel n’ stick tiles. The window is a stock vinyl insert cased in 2 ½” colonial casing with a modified Boston header for a sill.
